Terminal de Pasajeros
A single two-storey building of 8,306.80 m² houses every airline at CUZ — there is no letter or wing to choose between. CORPAC’s own technical fact sheet breaks the floor space down by room: a 665 m² check-in hall, a first-floor domestic boarding hall (963.85 m²), a first-floor international boarding hall (216.52 m²) and a second-floor domestic boarding hall (1,111.29 m²), for 322 seats in total. Airline ticket offices and the restaurants are run by concession; the administrative offices are not, and there is no cargo warehouse in the passenger building.
Check-in runs through 18 counters in the 665 m² main hall — the number CORPAC itself lists in its operating fact sheet, not a rounded figure.
The terminal building is mapped as wheelchair-accessible in OpenStreetMap, which also confirms CORPAC as the operator and the two-storey layout the fact sheet describes.
