Helsinki-Vantaa works from a single terminal building today — Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 were merged into one during the airport's decade-long development programme, completed in 2023. The map shows that one building split by what Finavia calls domestic and Schengen gates (numbered 5 to 36) on one side and long-haul, non-Schengen gates (37 to 55) on the other, with every gate reachable along the same walkway. The train station sits directly beneath the terminal, reached by lift and escalator from both arrivals and departures — the P and I lines run from there to central Helsinki in about 30 minutes. Blue P squares mark the five official parking halls, from P1 Premium closest to the doors to the cheaper outdoor P4; the dark square is the train station. The building name on the map is the one Finavia uses today, verified by us.
