The shaded outline is the whole of Istanbul Airport’s passenger building — IGA describes it as 1.4 million square metres under one roof, so unlike most airports in this guide there is no second or third terminal to find on the map. Five colour-coded car park blocks ring the building: Blue, Yellow and Red sit closer to the international side, Turquoise and Purple closer to the domestic side. The M11 metro’s Istanbul Airport station and the Havaist/İETT bus stops share the same Transportation Floor (-2), reached by lift from the arrival and departure entrance gates shown on the map. A separate, unlabelled building south of the main terminal is the JETEX–IGA private-jet terminal — it does not serve scheduled passenger flights.
The shaded buildings are the terminals as they operate today, with names verified by us — the base map’s own labels can lag behind reality. Blue P squares mark the official car parks that publish a name; the dark square is the station.
