Inside each terminal

Check-in, security, the station link and how to change terminals — verified against the airport's own pages.

Terminal 1

Lisbon’s complete terminal: every arrival comes here, along with all departures not assigned to T2. Its passenger areas are marked N in blue for non-Schengen and S in green for Schengen.

Check-in

Use T1 unless your departing airline is Eurowings, Norwegian, Ryanair, Transavia, Volotea, Vueling or Wizz Air. An inbound flight always delivers its passengers to T1.

From the train & tram station

The Aeroporto station is inside the airport building in the arrivals area and belongs to the Metro’s Red Line.

Changing terminals

For a T2 departure, leave T1 and take the airport’s free shuttle from the departures area. On a separate ticket, collect checked baggage first when required.

Accessibility

MyWay assistance covers departing, arriving and connecting passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility. Request it through the airline or travel agent when booking, or no later than 48 hours before the published departure time.

Terminal 2

A departures-only building for seven airlines: Eurowings, Norwegian, Ryanair, Transavia, Volotea, Vueling and Wizz Air. It has neither arrivals nor its own car park.

Check-in

Use T2 only when one of its seven listed airlines operates your departing flight. Never come here to meet an arriving passenger; all arrivals use T1.

Changing terminals

The free airport shuttle links the departure areas of T1 and T2. Travellers arriving at T1 on a separate ticket should collect baggage when required, exit T1 and then board the shuttle to T2 departures.

Accessibility

MyWay assistance applies here as well as at T1. Arrange it through the airline or travel agent when booking, or up to 48 hours before the published departure time.
