How do I get between Auckland’s international and domestic terminals?

With more than 60 minutes to spare, Air New Zealand runs a domestic transfer desk on the ground floor of the international terminal; with less than 60 minutes, or if you’re flying Jetstar or another regional carrier, go straight to the Domestic Terminal on the free inter-terminal bus after collecting your bags and clearing Customs and Biosecurity.

Do I need to complete the New Zealand Traveller Declaration?

Yes — it’s free and mandatory for everyone entering New Zealand, including New Zealand passport holders, and it must be submitted by the time you reach passport control. You can file it up to 24 hours before your journey begins, at travellerdeclaration.govt.nz; holding a visa or an NZeTA does not exempt you from it.

Which check-in zone do I use at Auckland’s international terminal?
