Single terminal building
Departures 1, 2 and 3 are three check-in zones inside one terminal complex, not three independent terminals. Beyond security, the building branches into lounges and lettered piers.
Rows 1–8 are in Departures 1, rows 9–16 in Departures 2 and rows 17–32 in Departures 3. Confirm the assigned hall in the Schiphol app or on your ticket before choosing an entrance.
Departures 1 opens into Lounge 1 after security; Departures 2 and 3 lead into Lounges 2 and 3. Follow the gate shown for your flight rather than interpreting the departure-hall number as a terminal number.
NS platforms occupy the level beneath the terminal building; escalators and lifts bring passengers up into Schiphol Plaza.
There is no inter-terminal shuttle to find: the departure halls and piers belong to the same connected building and are reached on foot under one roof.
Request airport assistance through your airline, preferably when booking or at least 48 hours before departure. Free loan wheelchairs are available in each departure hall, at the Plaza train station and at the bus station.
