All flights within the United States check in here. The building splits into North and South halves — check which one your airline uses on the way in.

Four checkpoints: Main, North and Lower North, plus South — which is TSA PreCheck only. The airport’s official advice is to arrive at least two hours before departure.

The MARTA train station is inside the building, at the west end between the North and South baggage claims — a $2.50 fare with up to four free transfers covers the ride downtown.

To the International Terminal: airside, ride the Plane Train to the end of the line; landside, a free shuttle runs 24 hours from the west-end ground transportation area (about 15 minutes).

The airport states the terminal complex is free of architectural barriers; designated parking and EV charging are provided across the decks.

Passengers travelling outside the United States check in here; domestic passengers check in at the Domestic Terminal instead.

One main checkpoint. The two-hours-before advice applies here too — and international arrivals cannot re-enter the secure area after collecting bags.

MARTA is at the Domestic Terminal: take the free international shuttle connector (about 15 minutes, 24 hours a day) to the west-end ground transportation area.

Arriving international passengers headed downtown or to domestic connections landside use the free shuttle connector — 15 minutes to the Domestic Terminal or the Rental Car Center. Airside, the Plane Train links E and F with every domestic concourse.
