Everything at Belfast City happens within a few hundred metres of one building. The single terminal faces the Sydenham Bypass: the Translink 600 bus stop and the Value Cabs rank sit right at its doors, and Sydenham rail halt lies across that dual carriageway, reached over a footbridge that every rail passenger must cross. What surrounds the building are the three named car parks — Premier nearest, about two minutes under a covered walkway; Short Stay at three to five minutes along a partly covered walkway; Long Stay, the big one, five to ten minutes along a marked path — plus the Express Drop Off and Pick Up area. Walkers come and go through the main gates on the bypass, on signed pedestrian routes.
