Terminal 1
The original terminal handles every domestic carrier that hasn’t moved to T2: IndiGo, SpiceJet, Akasa Air and Fly91, by the airport’s own airline list. It keeps the BMTC and KSRTC bus zone, the KSTDC taxi rank (including the women-only Pink Taxi fleet, stationed near Hatti Kaapi in Arrivals), and an 080 Transit Hotel and 080 Lounge of its own — the domestic lounge spans 12 themed zones.
A complimentary shuttle to Terminal 2 runs every 10 minutes, taking about 10 minutes to cover the roughly 600 metres between the two buildings. At T1 it picks up from the inner VIP lane in the Departure Zone next to the Relay outlet, and from the kerbside near Arrivals by the Aster Clinic.
Concierge and porter services meet senior citizens, children and passengers with reduced mobility at a kiosk on the kerb and escort them to check-in. Wheelchair assistance is booked through the airline; complimentary buggy service is available in both the arrival and departure zones for those with infants, older travellers or reduced mobility.
