Getting around CFU
Corfu International Airport "Ioannis Kapodistrias" runs on a single terminal building — the airport's own pages call it "Terminal Building A" — open every day from 00:00 to 23:59, with the bus stop and taxi stand both right outside it. Fraport Greece, which took over the management and operation of Greece's 14 regional airports on 11 April 2017, runs Corfu today. Its traffic is sharply seasonal: the airport's own 2025 traffic report counted 9,939 total passengers in January against 976,245 in August, and international leisure traffic (4.18 million passengers in 2025) far outweighs domestic (443,000). The airline roster reflects that: mostly European low-cost and charter carriers such as easyJet, Ryanair, Jet2, TUI Airways, Condor, Wizz Air and Norwegian, alongside Aegean, British Airways and Lufthansa.
