Getting around DUB
Dublin puts an international border inside its airport: most direct U.S. flights use Preclearance on the ground floor of Terminal 2, beyond airport security, so immigration, customs and agriculture checks happen before take-off. Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are only a five-minute walk apart, yet neither has a direct rail link; Dublin Express, Aircoach and the public TFI network carry the city traffic instead.
