Terminal 1

One of Fiumicino’s two current passenger terminals. Its Area A was opened for Schengen and domestic departures; airline assignments should still be checked on the boarding pass because this guide does not freeze a live allocation list.

From the train & tram station

The airport railway station is by the departure-level exits of Terminal 3. Follow airport signs toward T3 rather than looking for a separate rail terminal.

Changing terminals

ADR runs a free year-round shuttle linking the terminal buildings, parking areas and Cargo City. Use the signed stop and allow extra margin overnight.

Terminal 3

Fiumicino’s other current passenger terminal and the side to remember for ground transport: the rail station is aligned with its departure-level exits. The verified Plaza Premium Lounge is in the extra-Schengen part of Boarding Area E.

From the train & tram station

The station is beside the Terminal 3 departures exits. Leonardo Express and FL1 leave from the airport station but do not serve the same Rome destinations.

Changing terminals

A free ADR shuttle links the terminal buildings throughout the year. Current ADR material names only T1 and T3, so an old reference to T2 is not a present-day passenger-terminal instruction.
