Beyond your airline’s own requirements, go to the Galápagos Governing Council desk in the departures hall (upper floor) and pay a USD 20 fee for the Transit Control Card (TCT). You’ll need your ID or passport plus your flight ticket; the desk is staffed 06:00–12:00, so the airport recommends arriving two hours ahead specifically to get this done before check-in.
