No. Kerry Airport’s own security guidance says it already screens cabin baggage with Explosive Detection System (EDS CB) equipment, so liquids, aerosols and gels in individual containers up to 2 litres can stay in your hand luggage — laptops and other electronics can too. Hand baggage itself still has to fit the airport’s size limit of 56cm x 45cm x 25cm.
