Which terminal is my airline at Gatwick?

Most airlines are fixed to one terminal: British Airways, Ryanair, Wizz Air, Norwegian, Vueling and Jet2 use South; easyJet, Emirates, Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines use North. The exception is TUI, which splits by flight number — flights starting “TOM” leave from North Terminal and flights starting “BY” from South Terminal.

A free driverless shuttle links the two terminals, running every few minutes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — the ride takes two minutes and you can take luggage trolleys on board. The shuttle station is close to the railway station in the South Terminal. There is also a signed walking route between the terminals.

Inside the South Terminal, about a five-minute walk from both departures and arrivals. Four operators serve it: the non-stop Gatwick Express to Victoria (30 minutes, twice hourly), Thameslink to London Bridge and St Pancras, Southern, and GWR to Reading. £10 for up to 10 minutes in the terminal drop-off zones, then £1 per additional minute up to 20 minutes; the maximum is £30 for a 30-minute stay. Payment is online, by midnight the day after your visit. Blue Badge holders are exempt for a 30-minute session if the number plate is registered in advance.

Two hotels are inside the South Terminal itself: YOTEL, in the arrivals area, and the Bloc — which the airport describes as the closest hotel in the world to an airport security gate, with reception directly opposite the security entrance.
