T4 has its own Elizabeth line and Underground stations a short walk from Arrivals. Mind the tube quirk: the Piccadilly loop is one-way, so reaching the T4 tube stop from the central terminals means changing at Hatton Cross.

The free transfer train to Terminals 2 & 3 leaves every 15 minutes and takes 4 minutes. For T5, either change trains there or take the free H30 bus, which crosses the Cargo Area every 20 minutes from early morning to late night.
