Terminal 3
Opened in March 2024 as an 8-million-passenger-a-year, ₹2,400 crore first phase, Terminal 3 is now CCSIA’s only terminal — every carrier in the airport’s own airline listing, domestic and international alike, is assigned here. A second phase is under development to lift capacity to 13.7 million passengers a year.
Skipped web check-in? Register a face at the Digi Yatra gate or use a kiosk instead, then hand bags over at either a self-baggage-drop point or a staffed counter. Budget 2 hours ahead of a domestic departure and 4 hours ahead of an international one.
A face scan at the Digi Yatra gate near the Terminal 3 entrance leads into an E-Gate/Face Pod check before security and a second Face Pod once you’re through it. India’s national BCAS rule sets the cabin allowance here: one bag, 7 kilograms, sized within 55 by 40 by 20 centimetres, and no liquid container over 100 millilitres.
The Information Desk in the departure and arrival areas handles requests for mobility assistance, and wheelchair support is arranged through the airline or the airport help desk.
