One shaded outline is all Luton needs: a single passenger terminal, its name asserted by our editorial check because OpenStreetMap leaves the building unnamed. What the map makes obvious is the airport’s defining quirk — the mainline railway passes 2.3 km to the west, so Luton Airport Parkway and the terminal are stitched together by the DART, whose Central Terminal station connects to the terminal entrance; the bus station and the taxi rank are each a short walk from the doors. The car parks ring the site by walking time: Terminal Car Park 1 and its link footbridge closest, Terminal Car Park 2 five minutes out, Mid Stay ten, and the Long Stay beyond them relying on its own shuttle. The terminal-tagged outline to the north belongs to a private-jet operation, so it stays unlabelled.

The shaded buildings are the terminals as they operate today, with names verified by us — the base map’s own labels can lag behind reality. Blue P squares mark the official car parks that publish a name; the dark square is the station.
