Teesside keeps to one terminal building, with its single car park directly opposite — close enough that the airport itself describes walking from your car to the terminal “in seconds”, with no shuttle bus in between. The airport’s own published walking times give a sense of scale: just 24 metres from the terminal entrance to check-in, 41 metres on to security, and 66 metres from there to the farthest departure gate — a two-and-a-half-minute walk from kerb to gate. There is no railway on this map: Darlington station, the nearest one, sits about six miles south-east, off the edge of the airport grounds entirely.
The shaded buildings are the terminals as they operate today, with names verified by us — the base map’s own labels can lag behind reality. Blue P squares mark the official car parks that publish a name; the dark square is the station.
