Which terminal does my flight leave from — Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?

Check your airline. Only three carriers use Terminal 2 — the low-cost terminal opened in 2006 as “MP2”, Europe’s first dedicated budget terminal: Aer Lingus, easyJet (except its Bordeaux route, which uses Terminal 1) and Ryanair. Every other airline, including Air France, Lufthansa, British Airways, Turkish Airlines and Vueling, flies from Terminal 1.

Is there a lounge if I’m flying from Terminal 2?

No — the airport states plainly that there is no lounge at Terminal 2. Both of its lounges, the international-flights salon (05:30–22:00) and the EU-and-domestic salon (05:00–21:00), are on the upper floor of Terminal 1.

How do I get from the airport to the train station?

Accepted Answer

Take the LeBus+13 shuttle from the airport’s bus station (Quai 5) to Vitrolles Aéroport Marseille Provence station — the crossing is estimated at five minutes and the shuttle runs every day of the year, including Sundays and public holidays. Up to 73 TER trains a day call at the station; tickets are bought on SNCF Connect, at the airport’s SNCF machines, or at the station itself.

Do the official car parks run a shuttle bus to the terminals?

Accepted Answer

No. The operator is explicit that its car parks sit close enough to the terminal buildings that none of them is served by a shuttle bus — you walk in. The Super Eco car park is the exception worth timing for: it has no shuttle either, and following the signage takes 8 to 13 minutes on foot.

Where is the taxi rank, and can drivers speak English?

The official taxi rank is in front of Terminal 1, with 86 vehicles available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and drivers who speak English, Spanish and Italian.
