Terminal 1
The larger of Malpensa’s two buildings, and home to the Pergolesi Classic lounge in its first-floor Boarding Area B. The Sheraton Milan Malpensa sits right at the terminal, next to the T1-T2 shuttle stop.
From the train & tram station
The Malpensa Express station is on the airport’s floor -1, with four tracks reached by an internal walkway — trains run to both Milano Centrale (about 51 minutes) and Milano Cadorna.
Changing terminals
A free shuttle bus to Terminal 2 leaves from in front of the Sheraton roughly every quarter-hour, dropping to a half-hourly run between 2:30 and 4:00 AM. The Malpensa Express itself also links the two terminals in a few minutes, for €2 (€1 for under-14s).
Accessibility
The recommended PRM parking is P2, on floor -1, where the free Sala Amica assistance can be activated. Airlines want at least 48 hours’ notice to arrange it.

Terminal 2
Closed in June 2020 as air traffic collapsed, Terminal 2 reopened on 31 May 2023 as EasyJet’s dedicated home at Malpensa. The Alda Merini Classic lounge sits on its ground floor, near passport control.
From the train & tram station
The Malpensa Express station is underground, reached by an external walkway facing the Arrivals area — trains run to both Milano Centrale (about 57 minutes) and Milano Cadorna (about 43 minutes).
Changing terminals
The free shuttle to Terminal 1 stops near the train station, running roughly every quarter-hour and dropping to a half-hourly service from midnight to 4:00 AM. The Malpensa Express also covers the T1-T2 hop in a few minutes, for €2 (€1 for under-14s).
