Passenger Terminal
The whole of Naples Airport runs through one building. Check-in splits into three entrances by airline: Entrance 1, near Sala Amica, for British Airways, FlyDubai, Iberia, Turkish Airlines and Wizz Air; Entrance 2, through the central glass doors, for Austrian Airlines, easyJet, ITA Airways, Lufthansa, SWISS and Volotea; Entrance 3, near arrivals, for Air France, KLM and Ryanair. Passengers flying with any other airline can use any entrance.
Check-in desks are on the ground floor and open 2 hours before departure for domestic and international flights, 3 hours before for intercontinental ones — airlines vary the exact timing, so it is worth checking with yours.
Security is one floor up: with online check-in and no hold baggage, you can go straight from the entrance to the first-floor checkpoints. There is no transit area at Naples — even a same-airport connection means leaving through the arrivals hall and clearing security again before the next flight.
Sala Amica, the Special Assistance Lounge, has two staffed desks — one in the check-in hall (ground floor, departures area), one past security — and PRM passengers should arrive at the same mark as everyone else: 2 hours ahead for domestic/Schengen flights, 3 hours for extra-Schengen. Forty-five parking spaces are free for PRM permit holders, and the Sala Amica line is (+39) 0817896457.
