One building holds the whole passenger operation at Newcastle, a fact we checked page by page against the airport’s own site: the terminal, and directly underneath it, a Tyne and Wear Metro platform closer to check-in than any of the car parks. Ringing the building within a short walk sit the named official car parks — Short Stay 1 right at the entrance, Premium Fast Track 30 metres from check-in under its covered walkway, Long Stay and Premium Long Stay a few minutes further round. One thing the outline alone won’t show: the free Airport Waiting Zone out at Callerton Parkway, reached by a short shuttle ride and sitting next to a separate Metro stop of its own.
The shaded buildings are the terminals as they operate today, with names verified by us — the base map’s own labels can lag behind reality. Blue P squares mark the official car parks that publish a name; the dark square is the station.
