Terminal 1
Terminal 1 is intended solely for flights to countries outside the Schengen Area — sorted by destination, so the same carrier can just as easily send you through Terminal 2 on a different route.
Check-in
Check-in counters usually open 2 hours before the scheduled departure and close 40 minutes before. Self-Service Bag Drop for Terminal 1 is at counters 111–118.
Security
Pack liquids into one sealable one-litre bag here, each bottle capped at 100 ml — this terminal will not accept any loose extra container on top of that bag.
Accessibility
Contact point No. 16, directly in the departure hall, is a comfortable waiting room for disabled passengers; book assistance at least 36 hours ahead. ZTP/P card holders get free parking (up to twice a day) at the PC Comfort car park in front of this terminal.

Terminal 2
Terminal 2 looks after passengers flying to countries in the Schengen Area — again, the destination decides the terminal, not the airline.
Check-in
Check-in counters usually open 2 hours before the scheduled departure and close 40 minutes before. Self-Service Bag Drop for Terminal 2 is at counters 272–295, and the Private Check-in Service (from CZK 2,340 per person, booked at least 24 hours ahead) is only available here.
Security
Hand baggage liquids allow the same 1-litre bag of 100 ml containers as Terminal 1, plus one extra container of over 100 ml and up to 2 litres per person. Security FastTrack — priority screening from CZK 199 online — only operates from this terminal, usable 60 minutes either side of an online booking or within 90 minutes of a kiosk purchase.
Accessibility
Contact point No. 20, directly in the departure hall, is a comfortable waiting room for disabled passengers; book assistance at least 36 hours ahead.
