Trivandrum’s two terminals sit about a kilometre and a quarter apart within the same perimeter: Terminal 1, the domestic building, close to Sankhumukham beach in the south, and Terminal 2, the international building, in Chackai to the north — home to the airport’s Gulf and Middle East connections. The site’s Transit Guide describes a 24/7 EV coach shuttle linking the two, though a separate FAQ elsewhere on the airport’s own site still points travellers to the prepaid taxi for a terminal change, so confirm on arrival which is running. A cluster of additional outlines near Terminal 1 on the map — one OpenStreetMap files as a plain “Terminal Building”, unconfirmed against any official source, and another as the airport’s Cargo Terminal, which handles freight rather than passengers — are shown without a label rather than guessed at.
