Dubai International’s three terminals don’t share one footprint. Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 hold the airport’s only rail link — the Dubai Metro’s Red Line has a station built into each — while Terminal 2 has no Metro access at all and depends on its own bus stand, taxi rank and drop-off area instead. Terminal 3 is the sprawling one on the map: three concourses, A, B and C, built primarily for Emirates, flydubai, United and Air Canada, joined by an internal train between B/C Gates and A Gates. Terminal 1’s own Concourse D, a $1.2 billion building, gathers the rest of the international carriers and connects to the main terminal by a short train ride. The shaded buildings are these terminals and named concourses as Dubai Airports operates them today.

The shaded buildings are the terminals as they operate today, with names verified by us — the base map’s own labels can lag behind reality. Blue P squares mark the official car parks that publish a name; the dark square is the station.
