There is no shuttle service between the two terminals — the airport confirms this in two separate FAQ pages. Passengers use a taxi or app-based cab to move between them. Because of that, the transit guide asks for extra padding on a terminal switch: three to four hours when either leg is international, two to three when the whole trip stays domestic.
