Terminal 1
Every scheduled flight at Navi Mumbai runs through this one building: IndiGo, Air India Express and Akasa Air, each listed by the airport for domestic and international service alike. A separate General Aviation Terminal a short distance away, built for over 50 passengers an hour, handles private jets with its own customs and immigration desk — it is not part of T1 and has no scheduled airline traffic.
Passengers who have not checked in online can use DigiYatra or a self-check-in kiosk, then drop bags at the self-baggage drop or the check-in counters before heading to security.
Security screening applies to hand luggage as well as passengers; international travellers continue on to immigration and, before boarding, a Customs Declaration Counter — the ATITHI app lets them file baggage and currency declarations ahead of arrival.
There is only one terminal, so there is no inter-terminal transfer to plan for — the General Aviation Terminal is a different facility entirely, reserved for private aircraft.
Wheelchair assistance is pre-booked with the airline; a dedicated desk sits at the kerbside between entry gates 1–2 and 3–4, and braille-labelled help phones are placed in arrivals, the security hold area and departures.
