No. Aena's own getting-there menu for Sevilla lists only car, bus and taxi — there is no rail or metro link. The only public transport is Tussam's EA line, running from Sevilla at 4:30–00:05 and from the airport at 5:22–1:00, with a €6 single fare, an €8 return, or a €24.60 monthly card that also works on Tussam's ordinary city buses.
