OpenStreetMap's own note on that building — arrivals on the ground floor, departures one floor up — matches what Aena publishes separately about check-in and the boarding gates, which is the kind of detail worth double-checking rather than assuming. There is no rail line drawn here: Sevilla's only public transport is the Tussam EA bus, picking up right outside. The three car parks named nearby are P1, right at the doors, P2 for longer stays a short walk further out, and P7 for a ten-minute stop.
