Getting around TLL
Tallinn Airport calls itself "the world's cosiest airport" — a fair claim for a single terminal building where arrivals sit on the ground floor and check-in, security and the VIP lounge stack above them. It is run by AS Tallinna Lennujaam, wholly owned by the Republic of Estonia, which also operates four regional Estonian airports. Two tram lines, T2 and T4, leave from a public transport centre built into the terminal's city-facing end, alongside local buses and a Kiss & Fly drop-off with 10 minutes free. In 2025 the airport carried 3,488,973 passengers across 51 scheduled destinations, with airBaltic and Ryanair the two busiest carriers.

Trams T2 and T4 leave straight from the terminal — no single "airport line", but two that both reach downtown.

A 3-level garage right at the door, with the first 10 minutes of drop-off free, plus the larger A2 long-stay lot next door.
