Tallinn has just one passenger terminal, and the map shows why it earns its "cosiest airport" tagline: the parking garage sits straight in front of it on Tartu road, with a Kiss & Fly zone on its 1st floor, while the public transport centre — trams T2 and T4, plus the local buses — opens off the opposite, city-facing end, a short walkway from Arrivals. The A2 long-stay car park sits just beside the garage. The single shaded building is the passenger terminal, labelled from its own OpenStreetMap outline and cross-checked against the airport’s own site.
The shaded buildings are the terminals as they operate today, with names verified by us — the base map’s own labels can lag behind reality. Blue P squares mark the official car parks that publish a name; the dark square is the station.
