Not as far as the airport’s own page says. The RL line, run by Koleje Mazowieckie, lists “Modlin” as its terminus — that is the town of Modlin, not the separate Warsaw–Modlin Airport (WMI), which has its own operator and is not mentioned on Chopin’s transport page at all. Warsaw has two airports; this page only covers Chopin (WAW).
