Zone AB
The original wing of the unified Terminal A, covering check-in desks 101–150. LOT Polish Airlines runs a common check-in area here (5:00–23:00, no fixed desk, any flight except charters, up to 24 hours ahead of departure).
Check-in
Desks 101–118 belong to zone A and 121–150 to zone B. Self-service check-in kiosks are available in the centre of the AB hall.
Security
A Fast Track lane runs from Zone AB (a second lane, in Zone E, reopened 28 July 2026 after works).
From the train & tram station
An underground railway station sits in close proximity beneath the terminal, served by the SKM and Koleje Mazowieckie lines S2, S3 and RL.
Accessibility
PRM information desks sit on the Departures level of zones AB and D, and in arrivals zone AB; free Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyards are handed out at the same AB desk, and the free, 24/7 Polish Sign Language (PJM) video-interpreter point is at Information Point AB.

Zone CDE
The wing built in 2006 as the old Terminal 2, covering check-in desks 201–280 across zones C, D and E — its arrivals floor opened that December and its departures floor followed in March 2008.
Check-in
Desks 201–230 belong to zone C, 231–250 to zone D, and 251–280 to zone E. Self-service kiosks sit in the Departures area near the CDE zones; the Schengen area alone has 29 more kiosks, plus one in the transit zone near Gate 27.
Security
Fast Track has its own lane in Zone E, and Zone E’s Fast Track passage also holds an InPost parcel locker for anything you can’t carry through security.
Changing terminals
Once past security, the north, central and south piers connect through a single continuous 725-metre boarding hall added in 2011, with eleven jet bridges — so gates in any zone are reachable on foot airside. Transfer passengers follow separate routes for Schengen and non-Schengen destinations, and the EU’s Entry/Exit System (EES) is in use.
Accessibility
Free Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyards are also handed out from the Zone D information desk on the Departures level.
