ZRH has three check-in areas; the gate letter is flight-specific, so use the boarding pass or current airport display instead of choosing a dock by airline.

For Dock E, follow the Skymetro: it runs non-stop underground from the A/B/D side and reaches the satellite in a few minutes.

Tell the airline or travel agent about assistance when reserving; the airport’s stated minimum notice is 48 hours before takeoff. A PRM pick-up point sits in Check-in 3 above the railway station.

The dock letter is not an airline assignment. Confirm B or D from the boarding pass and airport screens after using the check-in area shown for your flight.

Gates E are across the airfield but not a bus transfer: the underground Skymetro links B and D with E without intermediate stops.

PRM requests go through the carrier or agent, with 48 hours’ advance notice. The airport describes the routes from its railway station to check-in and arrivals as barrier-free.

Complete check-in in the main complex first; the final E gate comes from the boarding pass or live airport display, not a fixed airline-to-dock list.

The Skymetro runs directly back to the A, B and D side. Changing between E and a Schengen gate also brings passport control into the journey.
