One shaded outline is all this map needs, because Bologna never split its passengers across separate buildings: check-in occupies the ground floor, while security, boarding and the Marconi Express station all sit one flight up, on the first floor. That monorail leaves from the first floor and reaches Bologna Centrale — the city’s high-speed rail station, 6 km away — in seven minutes, running every 7 to 15 minutes around the clock. A second building nearby serves general aviation only, and it stays unlabelled here on purpose — scheduled passengers never go near it. Blue P markers show the airport’s own car parks, all reachable on foot or by free shuttle in under five minutes.
