Does Hyderabad Airport have separate domestic and international terminals?

Accepted Answer

No. RGIA says one integrated passenger terminal has served both since 28 November 2022. Domestic and international departures occupy the same main building; follow the airline’s current check-in instructions inside it.

What do I need to enter the terminal at HYD?

Accepted Answer

Have the boarding pass and your travel ID ready for the identity check at the departure entrance. International passengers with valid tickets may enter only within three hours of scheduled departure; the Passenger Transportation Center is available if you arrive earlier.

Where does the Pushpak airport bus go?

TGSRTC publishes round-the-clock Pushpak routes between RGIA and the JBS, Secunderabad, Miyapur and Lingampally corridors, with tickets sold aboard. At the airport, follow the current Pushpak signs: the operator’s page records temporary changes between pickup zones, so a fixed letter would be unreliable.

Is the Hyderabad Metro open to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport?

No metro train serves the terminal today. In May 2026 Telangana still described the RGI Airport–Bharat Future City corridor as proposed Phase III with a DPR filed; HMRL’s June Phase II procurement covered only MGBS to Chandrayangutta, not the airport.

RGIA recommends 120 minutes before a domestic departure and 180 minutes before an international departure, or the timing supplied by the airline. For international flights, that three-hour recommendation also matches the terminal’s published entry window.
