Integrated Terminal
RGIA’s domestic and international passenger flows occupy the same main building. The regulator records its east-side expansion as completed in November 2023 and its west-side expansion in September 2024; together they bring the operational floor area to 379,370 m² and annual capacity to 34 million. Do not choose a numbered terminal from an old search result: the airport’s current FAQ says there has been one terminal since 28 November 2022.
Bring the boarding pass and the ID used for travel to the departure entrance, where the airport’s published process includes an identity check. RGIA recommends arriving 120 minutes before a domestic flight and 180 minutes before an international flight, unless the airline tells you otherwise.
International ticket holders may enter the terminal only during the three hours before scheduled departure; passengers arriving earlier can wait in the Passenger Transportation Center. This is an access rule, separate from the airport’s recommendation to arrive three hours early for an international flight.
No road shuttle or terminal change is part of a normal connection: domestic and international departures are under the same roof. Follow the airline and flight displays for the current check-in area rather than relying on a static airline list.
The airport publishes a dedicated PRM drop-off, a separate entry lane, priority emigration and security lanes, accessible washrooms throughout the terminal and post-security buggies. Arrange wheelchair assistance with the airline in advance.
