Not yet. Rail Baltica — the high-speed line meant to link the Baltic states — is being built past the airport, and a station is planned next to the new terminal, but both the airport’s own Master Plan and the project’s own progress page describe the station and the airport connection as still under construction, not open. Today the only ways into Riga are the airport’s own bus route, a taxi or a rental car.
